The art and ecology axis integrates the themes addressed by MAAT in inviting its public to think and rethink contemporary environmental issues.
The Parts of a Whole visit is centred on three topics: the first is the approach to the design of the MAAT Gardens, both in terms of form and the choice of flora; the second is the relationship between art, architecture and nature; and the third is the exploration of the works on display in the museum and the environmental issues to which they refer. The three topics are approached in dialogue and at the same level.
