Represented Memory
With Filipa Bousset
Through archive and memory, each participant will be invited to reflect on their existence and identity. A reflection that will be the starting point for the graphic construction of an individual – and also collective – memory, circulating between past and future, but giving room to the present.
Filipa Bossuet (1998) defines herself as a northern woman who uses painting, photography, and experimental video to portray identity processes, negritude, memory, and healing. She graduated in Communication Sciences, is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Migrations, Inter-ethnicities and Transnationalism, and is a member of UNA – União Negra das Artes (Black Union of the Arts).
