Slow down, reconnect, relate

From July to September, MAAT is offering an experience that combines art, nature, and well-being: late afternoon yoga classes in the MAAT Garden, a unique space in the city.

The dynamic is simple. Start with a visit to the museum's exhibitions and end it with an outdoor yoga class, in a peaceful setting by the river, where body and mind find space to breathe. This practice invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and the surrounding space.

Through movement, breathing, and being present in the moment, yoga becomes a way of feeling art beyond sight or thought, in a sensory and integrated experience.

Classes are accessible to all experience levels and guided by certified instructors, with a conscious, progressive approach that respects each practitioner's rhythm.
