SCIENCE WITH ENERGY

7 to 11 April
With António Banza and Tiago Serôdio

Bookings

In this workshop, children are invited to put on their helmets and take a trip back in time to discover how this old factory used to produce electricity for the city of Lisbon in the 20th century. And today, what is electricity used for and what other types of energy are there? These are some of the topics covered in the work and experiments carried out in our workshop. Let’s get to work!

ATMOSPHERE (between fiction and reality)

14 to 17 April
With Fabrícia Valente

Bookings

In our lives we move through real life scenarios, but we also have the ability to imagine so many others.

Photography has brought the possibility of faithfully documenting what we see, but also of creating imagined and staged spaces, with surprising new perspectives of the spaces we think we know in our day-to-day lives.

This workshop proposes travelling between the languages of drawing and painting used by artist Rui Moreira and Jeff Wall’s photography.

We will create experiences, discourses and reflections on reality and staging, the ability to portray and imagine. This will be an intense journey through atmospheres of many perspectives, colours and visual arts techniques.
